Data collected by the app
NMT SPACE does not require users to create an account and does not request names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, payment information or precise location.
The app connects to NMT MUSIC servers to retrieve the beat catalog, cover artwork and audio streams.
When a device connects to our servers, standard technical connection data such as an IP address and request information may be processed. The NMT SPACE backend uses an IP-derived pseudonymous fingerprint for short-term rate limiting and abuse prevention. This information is not used for advertising, profiling or location tracking.
Standard technical server logs may also be processed by our hosting and network infrastructure providers for security, service delivery and troubleshooting.
Local app data
Favorites, playlists, language settings and player preferences are stored locally on the user’s device.
Audio and artwork may be cached locally to improve playback performance and allow previously cached content to be played again without downloading it from the server.
Search queries are processed locally by the app and are not intentionally sent to NMT SPACE servers.
Depending on Android system backup settings, locally stored application data may be included in device or account backup services provided by the operating system.
Analytics and advertising
NMT SPACE does not currently use advertising SDKs, advertising identifiers, Firebase Analytics or third-party behavioral analytics.
External services
NMT SPACE may allow users to open external services such as BeatStars and YouTube. When a user leaves NMT SPACE, the privacy policy and terms of the external service apply.
Permissions
Internet access is required to load the beat catalog and stream audio.
Notification permission may be requested to provide background playback controls and media notifications.
Data sharing
NMT SPACE does not sell user data.
Technical data may be processed by infrastructure providers acting as service providers where necessary to operate and secure the service.

NMT SPACE does not sell user data.

Data retention
Temporary rate-limiting identifiers are automatically removed after a short period.
Locally stored playlists, favorites, settings and cached content remain on the device until removed by the user, cleared by Android, or the app is uninstalled.
Server infrastructure logs, where applicable, are retained only as required for service operation, troubleshooting and security.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated when NMT SPACE functionality or data handling practices change.
